This policy explains how The Baking Product W.L.L. collects and uses your personal information, and your rights. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain (Law No. 30 of 2018, the “PDPL”).
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to take and fulfil your orders and to run our business:
- Identity & contact details — name, business name, email, phone, and delivery address.
- Order information — the products you order, order history, and correspondence with us.
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Trade account details — commercial registration and related information where you apply for a trade account.
- Website data — basic technical and usage data such as IP address and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use it
We use your personal data to process and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, manage trade accounts, keep records required by law, and improve our products and website. Where you have agreed, we may also send you news and offers — you can opt out at any time.
We rely on the lawful bases recognised under the PDPL, including performing our contract with you, meeting our legal obligations, our legitimate business interests, and your consent where it is required.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us operate — for example delivery partners, payment processors, and IT providers — and only as far as they need it, and with authorities where the law requires.
Any provider handling data on our behalf is required to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Where a service provider is located outside Bahrain, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to a standard consistent with the PDPL.
6. Keeping your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including to meet accounting, tax, and other legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- ask us to delete data where there is no legal reason to keep it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing; and
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
