The Baking Product W.L.L. is a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR No. 12480), supplying fine baking and pastry ingredients to professional kitchens and to retail customers.

An order placed through the website, by email, or by phone is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and accept it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify your details.

Trade customers may be asked to open a trade account and provide a valid Bahrain commercial registration before wholesale pricing or credit terms apply. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain wholesale lines.

All prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the rate in force in Bahrain. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.

We take care to price correctly, but prices and product information may change without notice and occasional errors can occur. Where an obvious pricing error is found, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.

Payment is due as shown at checkout. For approved trade accounts operating on credit, invoices are payable within the agreed term. We may suspend an account or hold orders where payment is overdue.

We deliver within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Because many of our products are temperature-sensitive, someone must be available to receive and refrigerate or freeze the goods promptly on arrival. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by a failed or refused delivery, an incorrect address, or a delay in storing the goods after delivery.

You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@thebakingproduct.com.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, though the returns position below still applies.

Perishable and temperature-controlled goods, and any item made or supplied to your specification, cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If goods arrive damaged, short, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Where a claim is upheld we will replace the goods or refund them.

Our products are ingredients intended for use by informed customers and trained professionals. It is your responsibility to store, handle, prepare, and label them correctly, to observe use-by and best-before dates, and to follow the manufacturer's guidance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill. Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, layout, the “The Baking Product” name and logo, and recipe material — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print it for your own reference or for placing an order.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party brand names and marks shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we supply.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place an order is the version that applies. Please review them when you order.
